1. Services Provided

Halls Detailing provides professional car detailing services, including but not limited to:

• Exterior cleaning and detailing

• Interior cleaning and detailing

• Paint correction/machine polishing 

• Ceramic coating

• Engine bay cleaning

• Mobile detailing services

• Wheel refurbishment

• Car Remapping

2. Appointments & Booking Policy

​

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or email.

• Appointment times are estimates and may vary due to weather, vehicle condition, or unforeseen circumstances.

• We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including unsafe working conditions.

3. Pricing & Payment

​

• Prices vary depending on vehicle size, condition, and selected services.

• Final pricing may change upon in-person inspection.

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

4. Deposits

• Certain services may require a deposit at the time of booking.

• Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs outside the allowed cancellation window (see Section 5).

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Customers must provide at least [24/48] hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

6. Vehicle Condition & Disclosure

We are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage

• Loose or damaged trim, badges, or components

• Aftermarket parts that fail during cleaning

• Mechanical or electrical issues unrelated to detailing

7. Satisfaction & Results Disclaimer

While we strive for high-quality results:

• We do not guarantee removal of all stains, scratches, or odors.

• Some imperfections may be permanent.

• Results vary depending on vehicle condition and age.

8. Mobile Detailing Terms (If Applicable)

​

For mobile services:

• Customers must provide access to electricity and water unless otherwise arranged.

• Adequate space must be available to safely perform the service.

• We reserve the right to reschedule due to unsafe weather conditions (rain, high wind, extreme heat/cold).

9. Weather Policy

​

For outdoor or mobile services, appointments may be rescheduled due to inclement weather. We will contact you to arrange the next available appointment time.

10. Limitation of Liability

​

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Customers agree to inspect their vehicle upon completion and report any concerns before leaving.

13. Gift Cards (If Applicable)

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
